Great experience with the dentist and a very helpful receptionist on the phone helping me with the pre appointment form which was irritatingly difficult to complete. Shame about the rather confrontational text message threatening to cancel my appointment if I didn't fill the pre-appointment form! I understand the management's frustration with patients who don't turn up for appointments, walk out without paying or refuse to fill in the form in prior to seeing the dentist (do they?) but I found the construction of the text message possibly belied an attitude towards patients that was less than polite. Not a great look for a business that is looking to build their brand and client base?

Are you NHS or private?

Can you combine Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding?
Yes. Many smile makeovers follow an “align, bleach, bond” sequence – we straighten your teeth first with Invisalign or braces, then whiten, and finally refine shape and edges with composite bonding or veneers.
Do you treat nervous or complex patients?
Yes. Our teams are experienced with anxious and medically complex patients. Sedation is available for suitable dental implant and surgical treatments at selected clinics.
